Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between clients, families, and outpatient providers, ensuring effective communication and continuity of care.
  • Engage with insurance companies for pre-certification processes and utilization management, advocating for clients’ needs throughout treatment.
  • Participate in comprehensive discharge planning and aftercare strategy, focusing on transitioning clients smoothly from intensive treatment to ongoing recovery support.
  • Provide therapeutic meal support, facilitating a healthy relationship with food, and engaging clients in discussions that promote self-awareness and positive life choices.
  • Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to meet the unique circumstances and intersecting identities of each client.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Interface Mental Healthcare serves a diverse range of clients, including those in detox and recovery stages, particularly prioritizing the needs of older adults. Our client population often encompasses individuals facing complex personal challenges, requiring a deep understanding of mental health dynamics and cultural competencies to provide effective support.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • Must hold a valid LCSW license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits
