What You'll Do:

  • Take incoming member service related phone calls such as balance inquiries, conducting transactions, initiating various account file maintenance requests, and other service related requests.
  • Conduct member interactions efficiently by meeting average handle time metrics, following stated processes and procedures and mitigating fraud and risk to the credit union through remote communication channels.
  • Actively seek opportunities to educate members on additional products and services, to support our growth and self-service initiatives.
  • Deliver exceptional service by living out our mission, vision, and core values and meeting our service level expectations.
  • Demonstrates teamwork by exhibiting the following: contributing to team effort, initiative, dependability, positive attitude, good attendance, tact, and diplomacy.
