Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, mental health issues, and personal goals.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that outline goals, therapeutic interventions, and measurable outcomes to promote clients’ progress.
  • Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions addressing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship challenges, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that foster peer support, discussion, and shared experiences among clients facing similar challenges.
  • Provide crisis intervention when necessary, implementing immediate support strategies and safety planning to ensure client well-being.
  • Accurately maintain client records, documenting therapy notes, progress, and any communications with other professionals in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and best practices in counseling, ensuring client confidentiality and professional boundaries are upheld at all times.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Momentous Mental Care Alliance, you will primarily serve a diverse range of clients in the West Chester area, addressing varying mental health needs. Your expertise will empower clients dealing with anxiety disorders, depressive episodes, trauma, and more. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
