Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, mental health issues, and personal goals.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that outline goals, therapeutic interventions, and measurable outcomes to promote clientsโ€™ progress.
  • Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions addressing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship challenges, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that foster peer support, discussion, and shared experiences among clients facing similar challenges.
  • Provide crisis intervention when necessary, implementing immediate support strategies and safety planning to ensure client well-being.
  • Accurately maintain client records, documenting therapy notes, progress, and any communications with other professionals in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and best practices in counseling, ensuring client confidentiality and professional boundaries are upheld at all times.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Momentous Mental Care Alliance, you will primarily serve a diverse range of clients in the West Chester area, addressing varying mental health needs. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
