Join a leading AI lab at the forefront of generative AI innovation and help shape the future of advanced video enhancement technologies. We are seeking experienced visual quality professionals with exceptional attention to detail and a deep understanding of image fidelity, video quality, and cinematic presentation.
This role focuses on evaluating AI-generated video upscaling and enhancement outputs. You will apply your expertise to assess frame-by-frame quality, identify subtle visual artifacts, and help establish the standards used to evaluate next-generation AI models.
If you have spent years professionally reviewing image quality, visual effects, cinematography, color workflows, or high-resolution digital media, this opportunity offers a unique chance to apply those skills to cutting-edge AI systems.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate Video Quality
  • Review AI-generated video outputs for sharpness, clarity, detail retention, and overall visual fidelity.
  • Identify compression artifacts, aliasing, noise patterns, ringing, temporal inconsistencies, and other quality defects.
  • Conduct frame-by-frame analysis to assess image integrity and consistency.
Define Evaluation Standards
  • Help establish quality benchmarks and review criteria for video enhancement and super-resolution models.
  • Identify the visual characteristics that most strongly influence perceived quality and realism.
Create Benchmark References
  • Curate examples of both high-quality and challenging visual content for model evaluation.
  • Assist in developing standardized reference sets for testing and comparison.
Provide Structured Feedback
  • Translate complex visual observations into clear, actionable feedback and evaluation documentation.
  • Contribute to annotation frameworks, reviewer guidelines, and quality assessment rubrics.
Collaborate with Research Teams
  • Work alongside AI researchers, engineers, and creative professionals to improve model evaluation methodologies.
  • Help refine quality metrics and human-review processes for visual AI systems.
