Position Overview

Everlast Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Business Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our remote team. This role is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys coordinating processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to internal departments and customers. The successful candidate will help ensure business operations run efficiently while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operational and administrative activities across multiple departments.

Maintain accurate digital records, databases, and company documentation.

Respond to customer and internal team inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating virtual appointments.

Process business documents, reports, and operational requests with accuracy.

Monitor workflows and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
