  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress, ensure stability, and plan for future appointments or discharges when appropriate.
  • Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique needs and goals.
  • Maintain meticulous records, including up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with monitoring standards.
  • Perform thorough intake assessments to accurately establish client history and determine treatment needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice focuses on a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. By providing services that prioritize individual needs, we aim to empower our clients in their journeys towards healing and recovery. Our collaborative approach ensures that we address not just the symptoms but also the underlying issues affecting their mental health.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
  • A valid, unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
  • Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting providing direct care.

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
  • Comfortable and competent in conducting intake assessments.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with diverse populations and familiarity with culturally competent practices.
  • Background in telehealth modalities and effective virtual communication strategies.
  • Additional training in evidence-based therapies relevant to our patient population.
Compensation and Benefits

Our Licensed Professional Counselors can earn between USD 75,000 and 90,000 annually within a fee-for-service model. This role includes guaranteed ratesโ€”allowing payment in advance of collections to eliminate waiting for reimbursements. Counselors are also eligible for additional bonus opportunities, enhancing their overall financial package.

  • Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance, with supplemental options available.
  • A 401k retirement plan with company contributions to promote long-term financial health.
  • Coverage for malpractice insurance, ensuring peace of mind while practicing.
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to support personal and professional well-being.
  • Opportunities for professional development, including free CEUs on a range of mental health topics.
