Harmony Reach Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team in Seattle, Washington. • Manage a steady caseload of clients, cultivating strong therapeutic relationships and maintaining professional boundaries to foster trust and accountability.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate their progress, review upcoming appointments, and determine appropriate discharge plans as clients reach defined therapeutic milestones.
• Design, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client, ensuring they receive tailored care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for every client to remain compliant with industry standards and support continuity of care.
• Conduct intake assessments that thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health needs, ensuring accurate treatment planning from day one.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions weekly, applying evidence-based methodologies to address various mental health challenges.
• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance professional development and clinical skills.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for clients, working alongside psychiatrists, social workers, and family members when necessary.
• Maintain a growth-oriented mindset, embracing ongoing training and education to adapt practices to the evolving landscape of mental health care.

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse outpatient population, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in offering empathetic support and effective coping strategies, empowering clients to navigate their mental health journeys.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.
• Proficient computer skills are essential, including familiarity with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for efficient documentation and communication.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Comfortable conducting effective intake assessments and developing appropriate treatment strategies.

The compensation range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
