• Engage with individuals and families, facilitating counseling sessions to address complex psychosocial needs and provide emotional support.
• Conduct thorough assessments, including psychosocial histories and case management evaluations, employing effective interview techniques and suicide risk assessments.
• Provide live support to the Practitioner team by identifying potential risks and ensuring timely de-escalation strategies are in place.
• Lead the protocol for escalating cases to emergency services and executing mandatory reporting when necessary, prioritizing client safety as a core responsibility.
• Keep Clinical Leads informed of emerging safeguarding risks and collaborate on risk mitigation strategies to enhance overall patient safety.
• Stay updated on all safeguarding policies and procedures, embedding these practices into daily service delivery and identifying barriers to compliance.
• Monitor and evaluate outcome-focused practices through continuous feedback collection, utilizing insights to drive improvements in service delivery.

This role primarily serves a diverse client population, encompassing children, youth, and adults who face substance use and abuse issues. Your expertise will help address their unique needs through tailored interventions and advocacy. You will collaborate with other professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans that empower clients and promote sustained recovery.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health setting, focusing on substance use treatment or related services.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting psychosocial assessments, case management evaluations, and effective interview techniques.

• Experience in crisis intervention and risk assessment within a behavioral health context.
• Familiarity with telehealth modalities and tools that enhance virtual service delivery.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or advocacy initiatives targeting mental health and substance use issues.
