This role is predominantly remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining a strong connection to our team of professionals. Regular business hours with occasional evening shifts are available to meet the diverse scheduling needs of our clients, ensuring comprehensive coverage.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and formulate effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, employing therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities as appropriate.
• Collaborate actively with case managers, psychiatrists, and community resources to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to client care.
• Offer crisis intervention support to clients in acute distress, utilizing your expertise and compassion to de-escalate situations and provide immediate assistance.
• Engage in ongoing community outreach efforts and facilitate educational initiatives to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage individuals to seek help as needed.

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will serve a diverse client roster that includes individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your work will not only involve addressing common mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, but also recognizing and adapting to cultural nuances that can affect clients' experiences of mental health care. • Must possess an independent and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (MSW - Clinical).
• A completed master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary to establish rapport and build effective therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Cultural competence and sensitivity are critical, enabling you to work effectively across a variety of demographic groups.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to maintain accurate documentation and case notes in a timely manner.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Experience with telehealth delivery methods and digital platforms is a plus, allowing for smoother integration into our remote work model.
