As part of a community health clinic's dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other mental health professionals and support staff to create a holistic support system for your clients.

• Maintain a regular work schedule and adhere to directives provided by your supervisor.
• Stay updated with best practices in counseling and continually develop your skills in alignment with licensing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable ethics codes and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols at all times.
• Utilize electronic medical record systems efficiently to track patient progress, document treatment plans, and communicate effectively with other team members.
• Provide support and resources for clients experiencing financial or social barriers to access critical mental health services.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to collaborative discussions aimed at enhancing service delivery and client outcomes.
• Maintain current certifications such as CPR and First Aid, and a valid Oregon Driver's License to meet client needs as necessary.

The role focuses predominantly on young clients, including children and adolescents, who are navigating complex life transitions and mental health challenges. Your therapeutic interventions will prioritize accessibility and responsiveness to each client’s unique needs, helping them cultivate resilience and develop coping strategies amidst their circumstances.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field such as clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.
• An active, independent license in Oregon (such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) that qualifies you to provide mental health therapy.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize maintainably in a high caseload environment.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including electronic medical records, to enhance communication and documentation efficacy.

• Experience working in community health settings, particularly with youth populations.
• Demonstrated ability to engage clients and motivate them toward personal growth and recovery.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques, allowing for tailored interventions.
