As an LCSW at Carecube, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities that directly contribute to the quality of care provided to our clients. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather vital information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
• Facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Implementing treatment plans with clear goals and interventions, adjusting them as necessary based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate comprehensive client care.
• Providing crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments, and developing safety plans in high-stress situations.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and care continuity.
• Leading group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups aimed at enriching the therapeutic experience and fostering community among clients.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
