• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient therapy setting is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is essential for this role.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build strong rapport with clients, enhancing their therapeutic experience.
• Proficient time management and organizational skills, enabling efficient case management and proactive treatment approaches.

• Experience in clinical research, data collection, and coding is viewed favorably but is not a strict requirement for application.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, complemented by a robust benefits package.
