Help
  • You will serve as an advisor to Manager, Staffing and Classification and Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC).
  • You will work closely with Human Resources Organizational Management Branch (HROM) principal advisors in the areas of recruitment/classification and employee relations to provide management advice and service.
  • You will develop, implement, and coordinate employee relations programs for MCSC to meet immediate and long-range needs.
  • You will provide supervisors and managers with interpretations of Marine Corps policies regarding recruitment, position classification, position management and employee relations programs.
  • You will provide administrative and technical supervision, instruction, and counseling necessary for accomplishing the work of the unit.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: directing and overseeing work of human resources specialists in the areas of staffing, classification, and employee relations, and provide technical operating advisory services on staffing, classification, and employee relations.
