• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring a holistic approach to their wellness journey.
• Deliver various therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, applying specialized techniques to promote mental health recovery.
• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in response to evolving client needs and feedback.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in emotional distress, offering support that helps them navigate their immediate challenges.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with a dynamic, multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive and effective client care.
• Stay informed on advancements in mental health research and therapeutic techniques to incorporate the latest best practices into care delivery.
• Engage in regular supervision and seek out training opportunities to refine clinical skills and provide the highest level of service to clients.
• Adhere to ethical codes and professional standards outlined by applicable licensing boards and organizations, ensuring integrity in all therapeutic relationships.

Our clients encompass a broad spectrum of ages and backgrounds, ranging from children to adults, each navigating various emotional and psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and relationship difficulties. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will play a vital role in enhancing their overall quality of life through targeted therapeutic interventions designed to empower and uplift.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Valid and current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
