Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological condition, identifying the most effective therapeutic approaches.
• Craft and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and objectives of each client, ensuring alignment with their personal goals.
• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family counseling, and group sessions, to foster healing and personal development.
• Regularly monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in response to their evolving needs.
• Respond to crisis situations effectively, providing immediate support and intervention for clients in distress.
• Maintain precise and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by opportunities for performance bonuses.
