• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify each client's needs and strengths, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and frameworks.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based and best practice interventions that align with the goals of each patient.
• Utilize solution-focused therapy techniques to engage clients in addressing their mental health concerns and fostering resilience.
• Document clinical encounters consistently and accurately using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulations and coding standards.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews, contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical practices and patient care quality.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment options, and coping strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their mental wellness.
• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in the mental health field, integrating new methodologies into your practice where applicable.

As an LCSW at our clinic, you will support a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and trauma. You will work with clients of various ages and backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet their unique needs and situational contexts. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing their overall well-being and helping them achieve their mental health goals.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Florida.
• At least two years of post-license clinical experience in a mental health counseling role, with a demonstrated ability to provide therapy in diverse settings.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly solution-focused psychotherapy.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, families, and team members.
• A strong commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.

• Experience working within a telehealth framework or digital health platforms.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Experience in providing psychoeducation to individuals and groups.
