Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer with strong backend expertise, exposure to frontend development, and a passion for building scalable, reliable systems.

  • 5-6+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong backend focus and frontend experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, Microservices, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and AWS.
  • Proven experience designing scalable systems and distributed architectures.
  • Practical experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD), software engineering best practices, and clean code principles.
  • Experience working with modern software development workflows and collaborative engineering practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
