We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Jimenez and Associates Recovery Lodge Center. This role is critical in providing high-quality outpatient mental health therapy to our diverse patient population in a remote work setting. The LCSW will play a pivotal role in the recovery and healing process of individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges.

This position is remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule that accommodates personal commitments while ensuring quality patient care. Although the work is conducted from a home office, LCSWs will be integrated within a collaborative multidisciplinary team framework, participating in regular virtual meetings and consultations. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will report directly to the Social Work Manager and will be responsible for a range of tasks including:

• Conducting thorough bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify and eliminate barriers to treatment, thereby improving each patient's health status and resource utilization.
• Collaborating closely with medical staff to communicate patients’ psychosocial backgrounds and needs, assisting in the formulation of comprehensive care plans to enhance treatment compliance.
• Designing individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and both individual and group therapy modalities to maximize patient engagement and health outcomes.
• Documenting all social work activities and interventions accurately in patients’ medical records, adhering to departmental standards.
• Providing education and guidance to patients and their families, empowering them to understand and adhere to treatment recommendations, thereby facilitating optimal recovery.
• Identifying patient and family advocacy needs and coordinating community resources that strengthen social support systems.
• Completing case statistics and related reports according to departmental protocols and maintaining current knowledge of available community resources to leverage for patient care.
• Participating in ongoing professional development by attending specialized training and retaining knowledge of best practices in social work.

The LCSW will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. A deep understanding of the aging process and cultural competency will be essential in tailoring care to meet the unique needs of each patient, ensuring that every individual receives personalized support throughout their treatment journey.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current license from the New York State Board of Social Work Licensure (LCSW).
• Comprehensive knowledge of social work practices and ethical standards, including the NASW Code of Ethics.
• Skills to understand and address developmental, cultural, and psychosocial needs during care delivery.

Ideal candidates should have:

• Between six months to one year of clinical experience in a health or mental health setting, with a particular focus on the populations served by our clinic.
• A track record of effectively applying clinical skills to address the specific social and psychological needs of patients.
• Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually. In addition to a generous salary, we also provide:
