Job description

Ensure application of systems thinking principles, allowing team members to independently design, code, test, and deploy software.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Provides the necessary documentation to support the software Development Life Cycle. 
  • Develops prototypes and solutions leveraging a diverse range of technology.
  • Applies modern principles, methodologies, tools, and systemic processes to support the launch of new business capabilities. 
  • Leverage AI concepts to modernize integration points between upstream and downstream systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networks.
  • 10+ years in working COBOL/Mainframe programming 
  • Experience in modernization efforts for Mainframe programming using AI
  • Proven track record of leading junior level programmers including coaching and code review


Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or information systems and two years coding experience in a professional environment OR
