Overview

U.S. Forensics, an ATS company, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales & Service Representative to support business development activities through outbound outreach, prospecting, lead qualification and established customer engagement. This role focuses on pipeline generation, client support, outside sales representative support, and data-driven follow up (rather than territory management, outside sales, direct closing responsibility).

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Business Development and Project Managers to identify and execute key customer support activities
  • Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective clients across targeted industries
  • Execute structured prospecting campaigns using call lists, CRM data, marketing inputs
  • Execute email outreach campaigns aligned with marketing initiatives
  • Manage consistent follow up schedules to maintain prospect engagement
  • Maintain data integrity across accounts, contacts, opportunities
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, sales leadership, technical teams
  • Share market feedback, prospect insights, campaign performance
  • Attend conferences and events as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Travel anticipated to be 10%
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, experience
  • 1 to 3 years of inside sales, sales development, customer service experience
  • Experience with outbound calling, prospecting, lead qualification
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging technical, professional audiences
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, follow through
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Dynamics and Deltek preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
