• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation through a secure electronic health record (EHR) system in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that patient information is protected.
• Engage in collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, nurses, and other professionals through virtual meetings to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding mental health, coping strategies, and community resources available to support them during and after the hospice experience.
• Participate in case reviews and staff training opportunities through webinars and remote meetings to ensure consistent quality of care.

You will work with a diverse population of patients dealing with terminal illnesses and their families. • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly in a hospice, palliative care, or mental health setting, is preferred.
