• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a holistic understanding of their situations.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions that meet the therapeutic needs of clients.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care and improve client outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and perform risk assessments, developing safety plans when immediate needs arise.
• Maintain comprehensive and precise documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups, fostering community connections and mutual support among clients.

As an LCSW at Care Core Psychological Center, you will work with a wide variety of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing mental health challenges.
