Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement client-specific treatment plans, clearly outlining therapeutic goals and interventions that align with best practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, ensuring client well-being during critical situations.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups that promote community and resilience among participants.
• Accurately and timely document all client interactions in line with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
