• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions focused on stable, low-acuity adults to support their mental health needs.
• Utilize comprehensive evaluation techniques to assess the physical, mental, and emotional states of clients, leading to informed treatment planning.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans employing solution-based therapy methodologies that align with clients' goals.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily engage with adult clients who present with low-acuity mental health issues. • A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Possession of a current and valid state license by the Florida Board, with acceptable licenses including LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Absolute adherence to professional conduct, as we do not consider limited or provisional licenses or candidates with disciplinary actions.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in managing a diverse caseload effectively.
• Exemplary clinical and diagnostic skills, with a proven track record of developing individualized treatment strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and trust with clients to create a safe therapeutic environment.
• Proficient in digital communication and record-keeping, ensuring compliance with health information privacy regulations.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation and time management skills in a remote setting.
