• Provide one-on-one counseling to clients through video chat sessions aimed at improving mental health outcomes.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions and life experiences, fostering insight into their mental well-being.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in identifying and defining their treatment goals.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health conditions and collaboratively develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the client's unique needs using a solution-focused approach.

Our client base primarily comprises individuals who are stable and possess low acuity needs. This focus allows therapists to concentrate on effective, proactive treatment strategies. Clients are carefully prescreened before being matched with therapists, ensuring that you work with individuals who are ready and willing to engage in their therapeutic process.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An independent clinical license that is fully recognized by the state board (specifically, Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C); limited or provisional licenses are not accepted).
• Proficient in conducting professional evaluations and making informed decisions regarding treatment planning and execution.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills coupled with an empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation tools.

• Experience working with diverse populations and various mental health issues.
• Knowledge of virtual counseling best practices and comfort using telehealth technology.
• Previous experience in developing treatment plans and utilizing evidence-based practices in therapeutic settings.
