If you thrive at the intersection of leadership, innovation, and patient-centered care, this is your moment. Apply today and take your seat at the table.

WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN US?

This management role offers the rare opportunity to influence enterprise-wide clinical strategy while remaining connected to frontline excellence. You'll receive competitive pay, competitive company-wide benefits such as medical, dental, 401k, etc., and the autonomy to make meaningful decisions that improve outcomes and shape teams. This position provides executive exposure, mentorship impact, and the authority to build something lasting. If you're ready to lead with purpose and impact, now is the time to apply.

WHO ARE WE?

At MedCap Health, we believe in delivering high-quality, in-house medical care that leads to exceptional patient outcomes. Our mission is to provide comprehensive, long-term care in a compassionate and collaborative environment, and with over 70 providers across the state, our network continues to grow, supporting more patients each year.

With facilities located across the nation, our employees appreciate the work-life balance we promote and the understanding we show when life's unexpected moments arise.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This is a full-time position with approximately 20% travel, supporting multi-state clinical operations while maintaining flexibility and balance.

IS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU?

Ask yourself:

  • Do you thrive in executive-level leadership roles?

  • Proficiency with EHR systems, dashboards, and care coordination platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

Who We're Looking For:
