Job description

About the role

Following our successful expansion into the U.S. and continued growth across Europe, we are seeking a Strategy Manager to join the CEO Office and work directly with the CEO on the company’s highest‑priority initiatives.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high‑trust, high‑leverage role at the centre of strategy, execution, and scale. This person will act as a force multiplier for the CEO and leadership team, helping Biorce make better decisions faster while increasing alignment and execution quality across the business.

The role is built for someone who can move fluidly between top‑down strategic thinking and hands‑on execution. One month may focus on shaping the company’s U.S. expansion plan; the next may involve building the operating cadence for a key commercial motion, supporting board materials, or driving a cross‑functional initiative across product, GTM, and operations.

Who We’re Looking For

A sharp, high‑ownership operator with a consulting, banking, or high‑growth startup background who thrives in ambiguity and moves fast without losing rigour. Someone who can frame a complex problem, structure a workstream, align stakeholders, and see it through to delivery. This person should be able to create clarity where there is ambiguity, momentum where there is friction, and measurable progress where it matters most.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner directly with the CEO on company‑critical strategic priorities, including growth strategy, U.S. expansion, operating model design, and cross‑functional execution
  • Drive special projects end to end – from framing the problem and structuring the workstream to coordinating stakeholders and ensuring delivery
  • Build high‑quality analyses, business cases, and recommendation materials to support decisions on market expansion, partnerships, pricing, hiring, and resource allocation
  • Support company planning processes including annual planning, OKRs, KPI tracking, and executive reviews
  • Identify bottlenecks across the organisation and help teams solve them with pragmatic, scalable processes
  • Prepare materials for board meetings, investor discussions, and senior external meetings where strategic clarity and crisp communication matter
  • Conduct market and competitive research across clinical trial technology, AI‑enabled workflow software, CRO ecosystems, and buyer dynamics in pharma and biotech
Requirements Must‑Haves
  • 4+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or a high‑growth startup environment
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down ambiguity into clear frameworks, recommendations, and action plans
  • Proven ability to drive complex cross‑functional workstreams and keep multiple stakeholders aligned against deadlines and outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in executive‑facing contexts
  • High ownership, sound judgement, and the ability to operate independently in a fast‑moving environment
  • Comfort switching between strategic thinking and detailed execution
  • Strong interest in healthcare, life sciences, AI, or enterprise software
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • Experience in healthtech, biotech, pharma, CROs, or clinical trial operations
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS, including go‑to‑market design, pricing, or revenue operations
  • Experience supporting founder‑led companies through rapid scale‑up
  • Familiarity with strategic finance, fundraising, board preparation, or investor communication
  • Experience working on U.S. market entry or international expansion initiatives
What Success Looks Like

In the first 6 to 12 months, this person has become a trusted extension of the CEO, raised the quality and speed of strategic decision‑making, and materially improved execution on a small number of company‑defining priorities. Success in this role means creating clarity where there is ambiguity, momentum where there is friction, and measurable progress where it matters most.

Why This Role Matters

Biorce is operating in a large and complex market where buyers care about speed, protocol quality, feasibility, and execution confidence. As the company scales and deepens its presence in the US, tight linkage between strategy and execution becomes increasingly important. This role sits exactly at that interface.

Benefits
  • A dynamic work environment with an international team, where collaboration and diversity thrive.
  • Work alongside top talent, united by a shared purpose and committed to making a real impact.
  • Comprehensive private health coverage to ensure your physical and mental well‑being.
  • Hybrid work model offering flexibility to balance your professional and personal life.
  • Company events to celebrate achievements and enjoy time together.
  • Get equipped with a MacBook to enhance your productivity and work experience.
  • Our office is pet‑friendly! You’ll likely be greeted by a few wagging tails upon arrival.
