• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the specific needs of clients across the lifespan, including adults and children with a variety of mental health disorders.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and best practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide therapy sessions, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, offering a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
• Maintain up-to-date, confidential case records, prepare intake summaries, and document treatment plans and progress in accordance with NCQA regulations and community standards.
• Work closely with physicians and psychiatrists to coordinate medication management as part of a holistic treatment approach, ensuring comprehensive care for clients.
• Engage in departmental staff conferences to plan and evaluate treatment programs, contributing to continuous improvement and adaptation of therapeutic practices.
• Provide guidance and potentially supervise Post Masters Fellows and various associates, fostering their professional development in adherence to supervisory training.
• Support clients' families by educating them on treatment processes, interventions, and strategies to enhance engagement and adherence to therapeutic processes.

This position focuses on serving a diverse clientele with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavior disorders. You'll be addressing the unique needs of both adults and children, tailoring interventions to suit their individual circumstances and backgrounds. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
• Proven experience in providing mental health therapy, demonstrating the ability to relate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.

• Prior experience in a community health setting is highly preferred, offering familiarity with diverse patient populations.
• Experience in working with integrated care teams is advantageous, enhancing your ability to provide comprehensive, client-centered care.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems to ensure efficient documentation and follow-up.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, based on experience and caseload management.
