• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ social, emotional, and environmental challenges, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies.
• Develop and implement comprehensive service plans with clear goals, tailored interventions, and regular progress evaluations.
• Provide individual and family counseling, helping clients navigate various life challenges including trauma, family conflicts, and behavioral issues.
• Actively collaborate with clients to establish personalized service plans, connecting them with essential community resources that facilitate their healing and growth.
• Offer crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and formulating immediate safety plans for clients in distress.
• Partner with local agencies and organizations to coordinate comprehensive services, ensuring effective advocacy for client rights and needs.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to enhance awareness of services offered by the agency and foster meaningful connections within the community.
• Participate in regular case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training to share insights and improve service delivery.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated understanding of social and economic justice issues, as well as community resources available for clients.
• Strong competencies in trauma-informed care, exceptional communication skills, and cultural sensitivity are essential.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience within a social service agency or similar environment.
• Experience in case management and knowledge of community resources specific to San Antonio.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health and social work.
