Working closely with a committed multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate virtually with professionals including psychologists, case managers, and educators to deliver integrated care for students.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments tailored specifically for a school population.
• Collaborate with students to develop individualized treatment plans, considering their unique needs, personal goals, and cultural backgrounds, with an emphasis on academic and social success.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various formats, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Provide timely crisis intervention services, ensuring the safety of students in distress and facilitating their access to necessary resources and continuous care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver psychoeducation to students and their families, equipping them with practical strategies to manage mental health challenges effectively.
• Engage in ongoing outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions, making necessary adjustments to care plans as needed.
• Stay abreast of current research, trends, and advancements in mental health practices to continually improve treatment delivery.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines, ensuring patient confidentiality and dignity in every aspect of care.

The successful candidate will focus on providing mental health services to a diverse student population in a school environment, navigating issues ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges and trauma. We prioritize cultural sensitivity and aim to empower students through the use of tailored interventions that promote their academic success and emotional health.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A valid, active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while fostering collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with students and families from various cultural backgrounds.

• Prior experience working within a school system or with adolescents in a mental health capacity is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with educational policies and resources that support student mental health is advantageous.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy methods.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience, education, and skills. Additional benefits include:
