Your future role at a glance

Location: Remote

Department: Studio Engagement Services

Schedule: Day shift | Full-time

Salary: $138,258.29 - $195,187.61 per year

Eligible for an annual bonus incentive

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Lead a high-performing engineering team of developers, administrators, and analysts to build scalable healthcare solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Partner with product and architecture teams to design technical solutions that balance clinical user needs with platform best practices.
  • Direct the release management lifecycle and deployment pipeline to ensure stable, on-schedule production updates with minimal business disruption.
  • Mentor team members through regular coaching, performance reviews, and career development paths to foster a culture of technical excellence.
  • Solve complex production support and integration challenges to maintain maximum system uptime and platform performance.
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional requirements you'll need
  • Seven years of professional software development experience, including two years of direct team leadership or management experience.
  • Enterprise-level configuration and programmatic development experience specifically within Salesforce Data Cloud.
