In this role, you'll lead tooling management initiatives that directly impact product quality and operational success. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to strengthen processes, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement. From conducting audits to influencing tooling strategies, your work will help minimize risk, enhance supplier performance, and support innovative manufacturing solutions.

  • Define and execute tooling management programs aligned with global standards

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality

  • Experience with tooling validation, verification, and health monitoring

  • Knowledge of SPC, Six Sigma, or process capability analysis

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Work authorization to operate in the United States
