Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy tailored to individual client needs, utilizing effective therapeutic methodologies.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor treatment and discharge plans based on thorough assessments of each patient.
  • Conduct interviews, gather case histories, and utilize observational techniques to collect and evaluate data, identifying root causes of presenting issues to determine appropriate interventions or referrals.
  • Maintain a diverse caseload, providing individual and collateral therapy while managing delivery of care in line with best practices.
  • Review and maintain client case files, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in documentation, including assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on serving a diverse range of clients dealing with various mental health challenges. You will work with individuals from different backgrounds, each presenting unique circumstances and needs, and you will tailor your approaches to best support their journey towards mental wellness.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program, providing a strong foundation for clinical expertise.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting, with at least one year dedicated to mental health care practices.
  • An active and unrestricted Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
  • Previous clinical work experience in a social service or healthcare setting, with a focus on case management or direct client work.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage conflict and engage with clients in a therapeutic manner.
Preferred Experience

Experience in a community health setting is highly valued. Familiarity with innovative treatment methodologies, especially those integrating non-ordinary states of consciousness, can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually.
