• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and methods to gather relevant data.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific goals in collaboration with clients, adapting strategies as necessary based on their progress.
• Provide psychotherapeutic services using a range of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, tailored to fit the unique challenges of each client.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and consistently monitor their progress through one-on-one sessions, adjusting treatment approaches as appropriate to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to offer clients flexibility and accessibility, ensuring that they receive consistent support regardless of location.
• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation that meets ethical, legal, and regulatory standards, reflecting our organization's commitment to professionalism.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development to remain current with the latest therapeutic practices and innovations.

As a mental health counselor at Glimmering Hope Health Care Inc., you will work with a diverse array of clients experiencing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. • A valid license to practice in Washington State as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A compassionate and non-judgmental attitude, demonstrating empathy towards clients’ struggles and a commitment to their well-being.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, essential for managing caseload effectively and keeping up with administrative responsibilities.

• Prior experience in a clinical or community health setting, especially working with trauma-informed care approaches.
• Experience with telehealth services or virtual client interactions is advantageous, given the remote nature of this role.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
