• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to determine clients' strengths and areas needing support.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, emphasizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing established methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals, to provide integrated care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.
• Advocate for clients' rights, ensuring they have access to required community resources and services.
• Maintain precise documentation of client progress, treatment outcomes, and important client interactions within electronic health records, adhering to best practices in confidentiality and data security.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in therapy.

You will work with a diverse population, addressing a wide range of mental health issues. Our clients vary in age and background, and your role will involve adapting your therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual. Understanding cultural competencies and social justice initiatives will be essential in your interactions with clients from various walks of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services in relevant settings.
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and creating evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to build rapport and effectively engage with a diverse clientele.
• Commitment to ethical practice and continued professional development.

• Experience using electronic health record systems to document clinical work and track patient progress.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies, such as DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
• Experience advocating for clients in community settings, assisting them in obtaining resources and support services.

This position offers competitive compensation ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, contingent upon your caseload and relevant experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
