As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your role encompasses a variety of essential functions:

• You will conduct bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify and address the psychosocial issues that impede the well-being of patients and their families.
• Develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and group interventions.
• Document all services accurately in patients' medical records, following departmental standards regarding content and frequency.
• Coordinate with medical and support staff to provide a comprehensive care program that enhances treatment adherence and improves patient experience.
• Advocate for patients within the community, emphasizing resource accessibility and self-determination in achieving their personal goals.
• Provide educational resources to patients and families, aiding their understanding of medical recommendations and social work services.

Your work will focus on a diverse population of patients seeking detox and mental health services. Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, alongside a current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Essential qualifications include:

• A minimum of six months of clinical experience in a health or mental health setting, with a focus on the specific needs of assigned populations.
