• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client's unique mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
• Administer individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused interventions.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with specific goals and interventions based on clients' needs and progress.
• Provide crisis intervention, including risk assessment and safety planning, ensuring clients have the support they require when most vulnerable.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, fostering a collective supportive environment among clients.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical documentation in line with regulatory and professional standards, ensuring continuity of care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to design and manage client-centered treatment plans, contributing to holistic care.
