• Assess and evaluate clients' emotional, mental, and behavioral conditions through discussions that foster a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate solution-focused strategies, leveraging your clinical expertise to guide clients towards their personal goals.
• Advocate for clients by facilitating access to community resources, and help them navigate their support systems for optimal wellness.
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes meticulously, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults who seek to enhance their mental health and learn coping strategies pivotal for overcoming challenges. By fostering a supportive and engaging environment, you will play a crucial role in guiding them through their mental health journey, helping them gain insights into their emotions, relationships, and personal aspirations.

• An earned Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A current, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) without any disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate approach to client engagement.
• Proficient in the use of technology and telehealth platforms, with the ability to adapt to new systems with ease.

• Experience working with clients in a detox or substance use treatment environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy models and best practices for remote therapy.
• Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic client care.
