We are seeking a dedicated and fully licensed Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team at Permanent Youth and Family Health Services, a fully remote mental health clinic. In this full-time role, you will deliver essential psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and families grappling with a variety of mental health challenges. In your capacity as an LICSW, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and formulate effective, individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based strategies.
• Provide a broad range of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, customized to each client’s unique situation.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and other governing standards, ensuring all records reflect timely and appropriate care.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate holistic patient care and maximize treatment effectiveness.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and case consultations to continuously improve the quality of care and stay abreast of emerging research and practices in mental health.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health challenges and available resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

You will be working primarily with children, adolescents, and families facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your cultural competency and sensitivity to the diverse backgrounds of clients will be integral in establishing rapport and trust, thereby fostering a therapeutic atmosphere conducive to healing.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LICSW license to practice in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.
• Expertise in solution-focused and evidence-based intervention strategies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to connect with clients and their families effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• A collaborative mindset, capable of working efficiently within a team framework.

• Experience in remote therapy delivery and familiarity with telehealth platforms is highly desirable.
• Background in working with diverse populations or specialized areas such as adolescents or trauma-informed care.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
