• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Create, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific goals, which may include therapeutic techniques addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling services, utilizing appropriate therapeutic interventions and fostering a safe space for discussion and healing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure holistic and well-rounded care, attending case conferences and staff meetings to discuss client progress and strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality and adeptly manage client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and professional development activities, utilizing ongoing training opportunities to refine skills and stay abreast of best practices within the field.
