As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a crucial role in our outpatient treatment center. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitating engaging group sessions that encourage clients to share experiences and learn from one another. You will create a supportive atmosphere that fosters mutual understanding and healing.
• Individual Therapy: Conducting personalized counseling that explores clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. You will aid clients in developing effective coping strategies and actionable plans tailored to their unique situations.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborating with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that align with their goals and reflect their preferences, ensuring ownership and engagement in their progress.
• Progress Monitoring: Assessing client progress through various evaluation tools and tracking outcomes to adjust treatment plans and meet goals effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Working alongside a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, communicate regularly, and consult on complex client cases for optimal outcomes.

You will primarily work with teens and young adults, ages 18 to 30, who are navigating a range of mental health challenges. This age group often faces unique stresses and demands as they transition into adulthood, and your role as a counselor will be pivotal in helping them find their strength and maintain resilience in overcoming these obstacles.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and possess a valid LMHC license. You should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a commitment to working with young clients. We require a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly working with youth or young adults. We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
