The consultant will operate independently, using their own professional judgment, methods, and expertise to achieve the agreed-upon deliverables.

**Consultants must have expert knowledge of the full implementation cycle for UKG WFM**

Consultant Profile and Engagement Expectations:

  • The consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client implementations, proactively managing client relationships and delivering outcomes that support long-term client satisfaction with HCM Unlocked's services.

  • The consultant must communicate effectively with clients and HCM Unlocked project stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, including timely responsiveness on active implementation projects.

  • The consultant is expected to deliver assigned project milestones on schedule and drive implementations to successful completion with minimal oversight.

  • The consultant must deliver work product that reflects a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • The consultant will manage their own schedule, tools, and methods to serve multiple concurrent client engagements while meeting agreed-upon deadlines and quality standards.

  • The ideal consultant brings a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience and has a genuine interest in UKG WFM implementation work.

  • You must be an analytical thinker with a passion for numbers.

  • The consultant should be able to identify and resolve implementation challenges independently and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Scope of Services:

  • Provide end-to-end UKG WFM implementation services, drawing on 3+ years of hands-on implementation experience

  • Configure and implement payroll and timekeeping modules using strong domain knowledge of payroll and timekeeping processes

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system configuration issues and client-reported problems

  • Manage multiple concurrent client implementation projects to completion within agreed-upon timelines

  • Provide regular project status updates and maintain clear communication with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience providing client-facing UKG WFM implementation services, whether as an independent consultant or with a vendor or consulting organization

  • Expert knowledge of UKG WFM Platform

  • Experience with multi-entity, complex implementations

  • Prior experience owning and leading multiple projects

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills

Engagement Terms:

This is an independent contractor engagement. The consultant will not be treated as an employee of HCM Unlocked for any purpose. The consultant is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, benefits, and work environment. Compensation will be at an agreed-upon hourly rate, invoiced by the consultant. The consultant retains the right to perform services for other clients, provided there is no conflict of interest with active HCM Unlocked engagements.

Engagement under this posting is contingent upon execution of an Independent Contractor Agreement, which will include confidentiality, intellectual property assignment, and non-solicitation provisions. The consultant must carry their own general liability insurance and, where required by applicable law, workers' compensation coverage.

HCM Unlocked is committed to fair and equitable engagement practices for all consultants and contractors.
