• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to inform treatment planning and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Develop crisis intervention strategies, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, risk assessments, and behavioral guidelines, tailored to the individual needs of clients.
• Ensure timely completion of all relevant documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Utilize evidence-based screening methods to evaluate client progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support strategies to enhance client outcomes.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold clinic standards and improve service delivery.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with community partners, governmental agencies, and service systems to facilitate comprehensive client care.
• Engage with local, state, and federal agencies, fostering relationships that support program promotion and potential funding opportunities.
• Pursue ongoing professional development activities such as attending conferences, workshops, and representing the agency at community events.

You will primarily work with a diverse population, including individuals recovering from substance use disorders, those facing developmental challenges, and individuals experiencing mental health crises. This role requires a strong commitment to culturally competent care, ensuring all clients feel understood, respected, and empowered throughout their recovery journey.

• Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field.
• Current and valid Independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license.

• Experience in providing telehealth services or remote counseling.
