• Conduct virtual therapy sessions via our sophisticated online platform, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for all clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique circumstances, emotional needs, and mental health goals.
• Regularly assess and monitor client progress during follow-up sessions, utilizing tools such as goal-setting metrics and feedback forms to adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and organizational protocols.
• Collaborate and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure clients receive holistic care, including referrals to other specialists when necessary.
• Engage in continuous professional development, including training on the latest therapy techniques and technologies, to enhance your skills and client outcomes.

You will be working primarily with individuals and families seeking support for a wide range of mental health challenges. This includes relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and other life stressors. Our client base is diverse, and you will have the opportunity to tailor your approach to meet the varied cultural and personal backgrounds of those seeking help.

• A Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.
• Proven experience in providing individual and family therapy, demonstrating an understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• Comfortable and proficient in using technology for remote therapy sessions; prior experience with telehealth platforms is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• A strong ability to work independently while being an integral part of a remote therapy team.

• Experience in community health settings or with underserved populations is highly valued.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, which will be used for documentation and case management.
