• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health needs, including potential underlying issues such as trauma, anxiety, or depression.
• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, preferences, and progress, regularly reviewing these plans to ensure they remain effective.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate resource provision.
• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, empowering them with coping strategies and practical tools, while informing them of community resources available for additional support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines governing therapy practice, with a strong focus on client confidentiality and informed consent.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competence when working with a diverse clientele, addressing the unique needs of individuals from various backgrounds.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals including psychiatrists, social workers, and administrative staff to provide holistic and integrated care for clients.

Your expertise will assist clients of all ages, from children to adults, dealing with a spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to PTSD, OCD, depression, and anxiety disorders. You'll be instrumental in creating safe therapeutic spaces that foster honesty, growth, and resilience.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Proven clinical experience in providing therapy services to diverse populations.

• Competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
