As a remote position, the Licensed Clinical Social Worker will have the flexibility to work from home while collaborating closely with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to formulate tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of care.
• Maintain continual collaboration with doctors, psychiatrists, and other specialists to develop and adjust comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Monitor client progress via regular check-ins, and adjust therapeutic approaches based on data and feedback to optimize care.
• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with confidentiality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest research in mental health and incorporate best practices into your therapeutic techniques.
• Serve as a mandated reporter, effectively executing duty to warn processes when necessary to protect client welfare.

The primary focus of the Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be on individuals experiencing a spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and stress-related conditions. You will work with a diverse client base, including adults, children, and families, ensuring that services are culturally sensitive and tailored to individual backgrounds and circumstances.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted clinical license to practice in California.
• Minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in delivering mental health services.
• Strong foundation in cognitive behavioral therapy, along with familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Ability to effectively conduct diagnostic assessments and develop evidence-based intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients and team members.

• Previous experience working in a community health setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital documentation systems.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles.
• Experience working with underrepresented populations and understanding of culturally sensitive practices.

• Annual salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
