• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, formulating personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services using HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms, customizing approaches to accommodate each client's unique preferences and requirements.
• Actively collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and provide steadfast support, monitoring progress, and adapting interventions as necessary throughout their treatment journey.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, dependent on the client's conditions and objectives.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals across various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and mental health issues. You will support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional challenges, providing a safe space for healing and growth. Empathy and a nuanced understanding of their experiences are crucial as you develop meaningful therapeutic relationships.

• A valid California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A relevant master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients remotely.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage schedules and documentation in a virtual setting.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting, demonstrating familiarity with digital therapy tools and remote client engagement strategies.
• Proven success in working with a diverse clientele, showcasing cultural competence and sensitivity.
• Experience implementing a range of therapeutic techniques suited to varying client needs.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and workload.
