• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through initial consultations and ongoing evaluations.

• Engage with community resources to refer clients to relevant support services, fostering comprehensive care.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.
• Independently licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and documentation efficiently.
• Demonstrated capacity to sustain professional boundaries while fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and remote client engagement strategies.

• Proficiency in working as part of a multidisciplinary team in a behavioral health setting.
