• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their psychosocial history, current challenges, and support systems.
• Develop tailored and actionable treatment plans that prioritize the unique needs of each client.
• Implement effective therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused therapies, cognitive behavioral techniques, and mindfulness practices.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and progress notes while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and share insights on client progress.
• Continuously research and integrate the latest methodologies and evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide consultations and support for crisis intervention as needed.

Your work will primarily focus on patients within the community who face mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. You will be engaging with a diverse client base, including individuals from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, necessitating a high degree of cultural competency and empathy. Understanding the unique experiences and needs of our clients will be fundamental in helping them achieve positive mental health outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts is essential for this role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.
• A strong problem-solving capability and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are crucial.

While a general knowledge of mental health practices is valuable, experience in rehabilitation or trauma-informed care would be beneficial. Previous experience with remote client interactions is also advantageous.
