Job Description
  1. ECC 6.0 EHP 7 Support Stack 18 (Upgrading to 20 in Aug 2020); SAP_HR EHP8 HRSP 72 (Upgrading to currently available HRSP included in SS 20).
  2. OpenText version 16 (See Appendix)

The scope of this effort are:
  1. Purging personal data in all SAP modules HCM, Finance, Supply Chain using SAP ILM
  2. Setup the retentions schedule based on country and data elements
  3. Establish manual and automatic job to purge
  4. Legal Hold Management
  5. Reporting and Monitoring tools

Responsibility
  1. Assisting Client to identify data elements that contain personal data in all SAP modules
  2. Design end to end purging process and flow with consideration that some data elements are being archived. For data elements that are not archived, Fluor's preference is to purge the data immediately. The design should include the reporting and monitoring tools.
  3. SAP ILM Configuration to purge data based on retention schedule by country and data elements
  4. Configuration of Legal Hold
  5. Setup the automatic schedule/job to purge the data. The schedule should consider the purging sequence for example payroll has to deleted before HCM data
  6. Provide support during the Integration Test and Post Go-live
  7. Be knowledgeable of and educate Fluor on upstream dependencies which would prevent HCM data removal/purging. Assist with configuration / development of solutions to ensure that data is purged in proper sequence to maximize the amount of data which can be purged.
